1 Definitions and Interpretation

The meanings of some important terms used in this document are as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the bdgog website and all services associated with it.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who has registered on or is using the platform.
• "Account" refers to each individual gaming account registered on bdgog.
• "Bonus" refers to any incentive or reward provided by the platform.
• "Real Money" refers to actual funds (money) held in the user's wallet.
• "Terms" refers to this entire document.

These terms may change at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use after a change will be taken as your agreement to the new terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on bdgog and take part in any gaming or betting activity, you must be 21 years of age or older. The platform may request documents to verify age at any time. Accounts of underage users will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned.

2.2 One Account Rule

Only one account is permitted per person. Creating more than one account by the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be suspended.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be true, complete, and up to date. If false information is provided, bdgog has the right to close the account and forfeit any winnings. If any account details change, the support team must be notified immediately.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your bdgog account login details (password and username) completely confidential. Never share your login details with anyone else.

• bdgog will not be held responsible for any loss caused by a third party if the user has disclosed their own information.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

Funds may only be deposited on bdgog through approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum amount for a withdrawal is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Withdrawal is not possible until the wagering conditions applicable to bonus funds have been met.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4.3 Ownership of Funds

Funds deposited in the account belong to the user. However, bdgog reserves the right to seize the relevant funds if evidence of fraud or a breach of rules is found.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On the first deposit, bdgog offers a 120% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Conditions

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = you need to place ৳12,000 in bets before you can withdraw the bonus winnings.

• If you withdraw after accepting a bonus but before meeting the wagering conditions, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
• Another bonus cannot be added while one bonus is active.
• bdgog reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any strategy designed to exploit the bonus system — such as multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or risk-free betting against another party — will be treated as a violation of the bonus terms.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Conditions

The outcome of all games on bdgog is determined through an automated and impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) system. If the internet connection is lost mid-game, the system completes the round automatically. Results are recorded and will be treated as final in the event of a dispute.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Before placing a bet in any sports market, make sure you know the rules of the relevant game. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the related bet is generally refunded. However, specific market rules may apply.

6.3 Technical Errors

bdgog reserves the right to cancel any winnings obtained due to a technical error or software bug that it does not consider valid. In such cases, the original stake for the relevant bet will be returned.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Involvement in such activities will result in account closure and funds may be seized:

• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting hacking, manipulation, or any form of technical interference.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Threatening or harassing behaviour toward the platform or its staff.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Operating games using robots, automated software, or bots.

8 VIP Program

The bdgog VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate increases as you move to a higher tier.

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

The criteria for determining VIP tier and the specific cashback conditions are subject to change. bdgog reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any VIP benefit.

9 Responsible Gaming

bdgog believes that gaming is entertainment — it should never be seen as a source of income. We encourage all our users to play responsibly.

• Service disruption due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.
• Failed transactions caused by incorrect payment information provided by the user.

bdgog is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment at all times. However, gaming carries financial risk — only play with money you are prepared to lose.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdgog platform — logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and designs — is owned by bdgog or its associated licensors. Users may not copy, republish, or use this content commercially beyond personal use.

15 Amendments and Effectiveness

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, all remaining parts will continue in full effect.
